Local consignors may arrange to get their items to Black Oak Equestrian, while consignors outside our area may ship approved items to us. Our goal is to make the consignment process as simple and convenient as possible for equestrians near and far.

What Can You Consign?

We accept a variety of quality equestrian items, including:

  • Bridles, reins, and other tack

  • Horse equipment and accessories

  • Riding apparel

  • Riding boots and footwear

  • Horse blankets and sheets

  • Equestrian décor

  • Other approved horse and rider items

All items are subject to review and acceptance by Black Oak Equestrian in accordance with our Consignment Agreement.

Getting started is easy.

Step 1 — Download the Consignment Agreement

Download and review the Black Oak Equestrian Consignment Agreement so you understand our consignment terms and policies.

Step 2 — Complete the Top Portion

Fill out the top portion of the Consignment Agreement with your consignor information. Please make sure your contact information is complete and accurate.

Step 3 — Email Your Completed Agreement

Once the top portion of the Consignment Agreement is complete, email the completed form to customerservice@blackoakequestrian.com so Black Oak Equestrian can review your information and consignment request before proceeding with the next steps.

Step 4 — Prepare Your Items

Gather the items you would like to consign. Items should be clean and in appropriate condition for resale.

Step 5 — Get Your Items to Black Oak Equestrian

Once your paperwork is completed and your consignment request has been reviewed, the next step is getting your approved consignment items to us. Local consignors may arrange delivery/drop-off, and consignors who are not local may ship their items.
