Return Policy
At Black Oak Equestrian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not work out, and we are happy to offer returns in accordance with the following policy.
30-Day Return Policy
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of use, wear, damage, dirt, horse hair, or alteration.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or other proof of purchase is preferred for all returns. Returns accompanied by a valid receipt and made within the 30-day return period may be refunded to the original form of payment.
If you do not have a receipt, an eligible item may still be returned within 30 days, provided Black Oak Equestrian is able to verify the purchase. Approved returns without a receipt will be issued as Black Oak Equestrian store credit rather than a refund.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
Custom or personalized items
Consignment items
Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
Condition of Returned Merchandise
All returned merchandise must be clean, unused, and in resalable condition. Original packaging and tags should be included when applicable. Black Oak Equestrian reserves the right to refuse a return if an item shows evidence of use, wear, damage, alteration, or improper care.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment when proof of purchase is provided. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Store Credit
Approved returns without a receipt will receive store credit when the purchase can be verified and the return falls within the 30-day return period.
Black Oak Equestrian reserves the right to review and approve all returns to ensure they comply with this policy.
