Local Delivery

Starting in October, local delivery will be available Monday through Friday.

Place your order by 11:00 AM, and if you are within our local delivery area, your order will be delivered within 24 hours. Please note that delivery times exclude weekends and holidays. If we are unable to deliver your order within 24 hours for any reason, we will notify you with the earliest available delivery date.

Items purchased through our Custom Shop do not qualify for 24-hour delivery. Because these items are personalized or made to order, processing and completion times will vary depending on the product and customization requested.

Outside Our Delivery Area?

If you are located outside of our standard delivery area but would still like your order personally delivered, please email us at customerservice@blackoakequestrian.com with your address and contact information. We will be happy to provide you with a delivery fee based on your location.

Free Delivery to Local Barns – Coming Soon!

We are also working with local barns in the area to offer FREE barn delivery!

Eligible barns will receive a special free-delivery code that their customers can use when placing orders through our website. Orders will then be delivered directly to the barn one to two days per week, making it even easier for local riders to shop Black Oak Equestrian.

Black Oak Equestrian offers custom and special orders for all brands we carry. If there is a specific product, size, color, style, or other item you are looking for, please contact our team and we will do our best to order it for you.

Please keep in mind that custom and special-order items may require additional processing and delivery time and do not qualify for our standard 24-hour local delivery timeframe.
